Terms and Conditions
PRODUCT INFORMATION
1) Actual colour and design may vary from picture due to lighting conditions and computer screens.
2) Measurements are provided to the best extent.
POSTAGE & SHIPPING INFORMATION
1) Strictly NO meet-ups.
2) Free Postage for purchases above SGD $30/- by normal post.
3) Normal postage fee will be charged at SGD $2/- per piece for items less than SGD $30/-.
4) For registered mail, there will be an additional charge of SGD $2.50.
5) If the order is exceptionally heavy, additional postage will be advised.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
1) Upon winning bid or direct purchase, email will be sent with order number and payment details.
2) Payment via bank transfer to our POSB / OCBC accounts only (Account number will be advised in the email).
3) Payment must be received within 2 days from the date of billing. Please drop us a mail of the bank, transaction ID and amount transferred.
4) Once payment is received, notification will be sent. For inter-bank transfer, please allow for 3 working days for processing.
5) Upon the receipt of payment, item will be shipped. Please allow for 3 – 7 days for delivery to reach you.
EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
1) Only 50% of the amount will be refunded if the order is withdrawn.
2) A full refund will be made for items that are out of stock.
3) There will be NO exchange for items delivered / received.
